- Was very easy to engage, provided consultative advice, wanted to help us meet standards during the survey. Unfortunately, we have new people in some key positions that have not been in a JC survey and were wholly unprepared, resulting in lots of avoidable citations around issues of disaster preparedness. EOC review and planning. The hospital had been doing the work, but our documentation not coordinated. The surprise citation was door closures on small rooms that are basically housekeeping closets LS.02.01.30, EP 2.
