ARTICLE XV: TELEMEDICINE 1) Telemedicine involves the use of electronic video communication to provide support clinical psychiatric services at a distance. 2) Practitioners who diagnose or treat patients via telemedicine link are subject to the credentialing and privileging process. The Chief of Staff with Governing Body approval may recommend the clinical services be provided by telemedicine. These clinical services shall be consistent with hospital accepted quality standards.
