General Description:  In this Interview, we will briefly review the history of TJC's development of Robust Process Improvement™. We will explore and briefly explain the Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts that form the underpinning for RPI. And, we will also delve into the implications in all this for quality/performance improvement and survey/standards compliance in the future. Mr. Morrow has graciously agreed to take questions at the end

There will be a 20-minute presentation addressing the topic and any advance questions submitted via the Discussion Board (DB) followed by up to 10 minutes of open line Q&A.  A handout will also be included.
