There is laudable sensitivity and clarity evident in these policies that are generally well written. The most significant opportunity for improving compliance would be some additional/more specific address of "…disruptive, and inappropriate behaviors " as required by TJC Leadership standards since 2008 (refer to LD.3.10 EP#4/LD.03.01.01 EP#4 and Accreditation Essentials: Your Organization's Code of Conduct Policy, The Source, Aug, 2008 pg 6 or Aug RTP)
